Angela has been a commercial real estate professional since 2005 and is licensed in both Texas and Florida. Her experience and expertise includes marketing, sales, leasing, and portfolio management of office, retail, medical, technology, flex-space, multi-family, land, and industrial properties, as well as acquisitions, due diligence, and project redevelopment. She specializes in working with owner-developers on acquisitions for investments, redevelopment, new development as well as leasing. Angela’s professionalism, diplomacy, creativity, resourcefulness, tenacity, and vision are the key components in assisting her clients and customers with achieving their investment goals. One of her favorite inspirational quotes is from the Star Wars saga: “Do, or do not. There is no try.” She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Melissa, is a CCIM designee, and holds the designations for Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

Excited about the real estate market in the Dallas, Texas metroplex, Jose brings over 2 decades of experience in customer service and sales to his practice, where active listening skills are a must. A former resident of California, Jose loves the North Dallas area and is adept at assisting individuals and businesses transition through their next steps in their investment goals. Jose is fluent in Spanish, and his bilingual ability enables him to work with multiple markets with both local and international exposure.
Jose has a solid understanding of a variety of asset classes including medical office, restaurant, traditional office, to name a few. His philosophy is simple: clients come first. Jose is also a CCIM, and he doesn’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients. Jose resides in McKinney with his wife and children.
